  • We maintain proper preventive behavior to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
  • On arrival our Staff will take the guests’ temperature with a thermo-scanner; to guarantee the safety of all, in case it is higher than or equal to 37,5°, access to the hotel will not be allowed.
  • To minimize the interaction with Reception Staff, some check-in operations will be possible to do independently online.
  • Our employees are daily subjected to temperature measurements and they wear the required safety devices.
  • Each of them participates a specific training session dedicated to new safety measures, to guarantee competence and availability in respect of guests and coworkers.

  • We sanitize several times a day all surfaces of greatest contact ( such as the reception desk, the elevators and the button panels, the handles, the switches, the handrails, the bathrooms of the common areas, and the room keys ).
  • We offer a hand sanitizer dispensers in all common areas.
  • We constantly aerate all spaces.
  • We make disposable gloves and masks available to our guests.
  • We keep the right distance between the tables in the breakfast room.

  • Safe air conditioning: at UP hotel climate control is provided with an ultraviolet light lamp to improve the air in the environment; these rays in fact allow deep hygiene, obtainable only with chemical compounds, dangerous for health and for the environment.
  • Flexible rates: in this moment with high uncertainty, we want to offer you great flexibility for the holidays.
  • Displacements: within the Italian territory the movements between yellow regions are allowed without restrictions. Regarding red and orange areas, movements are allowed if the person has the “green pass”, a document that certificates their vaccination, or a report that confirms negative diagnosis after a molecular or antigenic test. Also, it is possible to move between regions for work required or health reasons with a self-certification.
